Recognition for external academics and professionals
The high quality of education and research achieved by the School would not be possible without the involvement of externally-funded academics and professionals. These teachers, researchers, specialists and practitioners play a vital role in training the next generation of nurses, midwives and social workers at the University of Queensland.
UQ Faculties award academic titles to hardworking individuals in recognition of their outstanding work and contribution to the University.
Find out more information on how to apply for an honorary, adjunct or academic title here. Applications are assessed by the relevant school leaders and committees and awarded to professionals who make a significant contribution to the School.
